This role involves accompanying clients on viewings and guiding them through the sales process, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering any queries from potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Full training will be provided.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including pricing trends and new listings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and appealing for marketing purposes.
- Organise and manage appointments, ensuring an efficient schedule for viewings and meetings.
- Provide administrative support including preparing marketing material, and maintaining client records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with attention to detail in documentation.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
