As part of the Student Solutions Centre Team, the Student Centre Assistants ensure the delivery of a seamless, high-quality, and consistent support and experience offer to our students throughout their studies.

The Team of Student Centre Assistants provide front-line advice and triage to students along with administrative support to the Student Life teams.

The role is hybrid with the majority of the working week based on campus. A flexible approach to work is required, including occasional evening and weekends, when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and outstanding customer service experience right from the initial point of contact.
  • Provide front-line advice and triage to students along with administrative support to the Student Life teams.
  • Provide reliable, efficient and effective administrative support to the specialist staff and their service functions.

Qualifications

  • Extensive customer service experience to deliver excellent customer care, take ownership of customer queries and ensure resolution.
  • Administrative expertise to provide reliable, efficient and effective administrative support to the specialist staff and their service functions.
  • Proven team-working skills to contribute fully to a team focused on service delivery within a fast-paced environment and liaising with wider teams within Student Life to ensure queries are appropriately resolved.
