The Careers and Placements team is seeking an organised, proactive and people‑focused Student Ambassador Scheme Coordinator to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our vibrant Student Ambassador Scheme. Supporting a pool of around 300 student casual workers, this role is central to ensuring students gain valuable paid experience while contributing to Aston's outreach, events, and engagement activity.

You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment drives, training and day‑to‑day leadership of ambassadors. You will lead on allocating ambassadors to advertised work opportunities and managing all administrative and HR processes such as onboarding and payroll. You'll be a confident communicator with an eye for detail, able to prioritise busy workloads and support students and staff with professionalism and care.
