On Campus Aston and Partnerships Admissions Officer in Birmingham

The Admissions, Recruitment & Outreach team are looking for a process-driven and enthusiastic On Campus Aston and Partnerships Admissions Officer to join the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing responses to applications, handling post-application enquiries and supporting conversion events. You will play an important role in ensuring the On Campus Aston and Partnerships application student journey is customer-focused and efficient, with a strong emphasis on maximising application-to-enrolment conversions. Whilst this role reports to an Admissions Manager, you will be expected to take personal responsibility in managing and prioritising your workload and delivering a high-quality service.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in Higher Education admissions, student recruitment or a recruitment support environment. Attention to detail and a flexible approach to working with others are essential for success in this role.

This role is subject to satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
