Conference Aston is a welcoming hotel and conference venue located in the heart of Birmingham city centre. We are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our guests and are looking for a dependable, customer-focused, and proactive Night Porter to join our friendly team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others, takes pride in delivering high-quality service, and thrives in a varied environment where no two shifts are the same.
Working independently while remaining connected to the wider team, you will play an important part in ensuring our guests feel safe, supported, and well looked after throughout the night. The successful candidate will work three shifts per week, from 9:30pm to 7:10am. If you are organised, approachable, and committed to providing outstanding guest care, we would love to hear from you.
