We're looking for an experienced and collaborative International Conversion Manager to lead our international conversion team and play a key role in supporting and achieving Aston University's global student recruitment ambitions. As the successful candidate, you will manage a high-performing team, develop innovative conversion strategies, oversee multi-channel engagement campaigns, and work closely with colleagues across Admissions, Marketing and International Recruitment to maximise offer-to-enrolment conversion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, using data and insight to inform decision-making, and delivering an outstanding experience for prospective international students.

  • Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing team.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • A data-informed approach to improving performance.
  • Experience in admissions, student recruitment or international higher education.
