Aston University is seeking an organised Events Coordinator to join the Student Engagement Team within Careers & Placements. You will plan and coordinate a year-round calendar of activities across Birmingham and London campuses, collaborating with internal teams, student societies and the Student Union to embed events in the student experience.
You will manage event delivery from large-scale fairs to employer sessions, track attendance data, evaluate feedback, and handle budget tracking.
