We are looking for a CRM Marketing Officer to play a central role in shaping how we engage and convert prospective students across their entire journey, from first enquiry through to enrolment. Sitting at the heart of marketing, recruitment, and admissions, this is a unique opportunity to combine technical CRM expertise with creative campaign delivery, driving innovation, improving performance and influencing best practice across the University.

The role focuses on planning, building, testing and evaluating targeted CRM campaigns, working closely with marketing, recruitment and admissions teams to enhance the applicant journey from enquiry through to enrolment. As a hands‑on CRM expert, the postholder will support system development, troubleshoot issues, implement new features and drive best practice in campaign execution, data analysis and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, preferably in digital marketing or communications or bring equivalent professional experience, alongside a working knowledge of CRM or relationship marketing systems in either B2C or B2B environments. They will have experience of planning, delivering and evaluating marketing campaigns and using data to monitor performance against targets. Strong analytical and technical skills are essential, with the ability to use database selection criteria, interpret campaign results and translate insight into improvements.

The role requires someone who is both collaborative and adaptable, with experience of working across teams and influencing a wide range of stakeholders. Excellent communication skills are key, enabling the postholder to explain technical CRM concepts clearly and share best practice. A proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement is expected, alongside an interest in emerging sector trends and technologies.

This role is subject to a satisfactory Basic DBS check.
