Aston Rowe have an exciting opportunity for a Saturday Viewings Assistant to join their sales team based in Acton, West London. Aston Rowe is a well-established market leading Sales, Lettings and New Homes Estate Agency with a great reputation. We are looking for a viewings assistant to help with our busy Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Briefing prospective buyers on the property's key benefits
  • Conducting viewings with prospective buyers
  • Answering general enquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ensuring administrative records are kept up to date at all times
  • Ensuring client feedback and high standards of care are adhered to at all times
  • Ensuring all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the landlord

You:

  • Excellent time management
  • Knowledge of West London

  • Computer literate and well presented

Requirements:

  • Full drivers' licence
  • Own car
