About the Role:
Aston Rowe have an exciting opportunity for a Saturday Viewings Assistant to join their sales team based in Acton, West London.
Aston Rowe is a well-established market leading Sales, Lettings and New Homes Estate Agency with a great reputation. We are looking for a viewings assistant to help with our busy Saturdays.
Saturday Viewings Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
- Briefing prospective buyers and on the property's key benefits
- Conducting viewings with prospective buyers
- Answering general enquires
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring administrative records are kept up to date at all times
- Ensuring client feedback and high standards of care are adhered to at all times
- Ensuring all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the landlord
Saturday Viewings Assistant - You:
- Excellent time management
- Knowledge of West London
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate and well presented
Requirements
- Full drivers' licence
- Own car
This is a Saturday position with the hours of 9:30am to 4pm every week.
