Main Job Role
The Sustainability Manager is responsible for leading and delivering the companies Beyond Cleaning sustainability strategy across both company operations and client contracts. The role combines strategic responsibility with practical operational delivery, ensuring sustainability objectives are translated into measurable outcomes across our business and client portfolio. Working closely with operational teams, clients, suppliers and stakeholders, the Sustainability Manager will drive improvements in environmental performance, carbon reduction, social value, waste management and responsible procurement whilst maintaining key accreditations and supporting business growth through innovative sustainability solutions.
