Aston Murray is currently recruiting a part-time Management Accountant (3 days pw) for a multiple award-winning, fast-growing international PR agency operating across the UK and North America. With consistent year-on-year growth of c.30%, the business is scaling rapidly, creating significant opportunities for progression, increased responsibility, and career acceleration within the finance function.

We are seeking a high-calibre Management Accountant to take ownership of core financial reporting, controls, and insight across the group. This is a hands-on role with real exposure to senior leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling agency environment and wants to make a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts across multiple entities
- Own month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, payroll and intercompany journals
- Maintain balance sheet integrity through robust reconciliations and control reviews
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition aligned with client contracts and group policy
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Deliver insightful variance analysis with clear, actionable recommendations
- Assist with cashflow forecasting and working capital management
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Support VAT, sales tax and statutory compliance alongside external advisors
- Contribute to audits and year-end processes
- Partner closely with revenue and client teams to ensure alignment across reporting
- Continuously improve finance processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and control
Proven experience in a Management Accountant role within a PR agency, marketing agency, or wider creative industries environment. Strong excel skills and excellent communications skills are a given.
The Package- £50K salary pro rata
