Our client is a well established and successful boutique corporate finance firm based in central London and they are looking to hire a Managing Director to further drive deal volumes. The firm is sector agnostic but has strong relationships in infrastructure, renewable energy, commercial real estate, consumer and online gaming.
Reporting to the Founding Partners you will be responsible for:
- Originating and executing complex transactions particularly in M&A and ECM in the mid-market.
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, leveraging your network to generate deal flow.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate finance best practice.
In return you will be offered an attractive percentage of any fees that you generate and a competitive base salary. Additionally as a boutique there is a lot more flexibility to manage your time as you see fit which allows a sensible work / life balance.
This role would be ideal for someone with their own network who feels they are not currently getting appropriately rewarded and who wants to increase their earning potential.
To be considered for this role you must have at least 10 years’ experience in corporate finance/investment banking and significant experience of M&A and capital raising.
