This is a high-exposure, execution-focused role working across complex M&A and capital markets transactions within sectors including technology, digital infrastructure and healthcare.

The successful candidate will work directly with senior dealmakers and clients, taking ownership of live transaction workstreams from origination through to completion. A key requirement is outstanding financial modelling capability. Candidates must be able to independently build sophisticated three-statement financial models and deliver high-quality deal analysis in a fast-paced environment.
