As the Group Financial Controller, you'll work directly alongside an experienced CFO, helping build a best-in-class finance function while gaining significant exposure to strategic projects including international expansion, ERP implementation, investor reporting and future exit activity.

The Opportunity
This is a genuine Number 2 finance position with responsibility across a complex international group. You'll own the financial control environment, lead group reporting and statutory compliance, oversee a small finance team and play a key role in transforming systems and processes as the business continues its rapid growth.
We're Looking For
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with controller level experience within a multi-entity business. You will combine strong technical accounting expertise with commercial awareness and enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you will have the autonomy to make a real impact. Experience of ERP implementation, international operations or private equity/VC-backed businesses would be highly advantageous.
