Job Description Aston Murray is currently recruiting a Corporate Finance Associate for a boutique corporate finance firm based in central London. This Corporate Finance Associate will work closely with the firm’s clients and will be expected to assist in the construction and development of new financial models, as well as in the maintenance of existing models. Although financial modelling will be the primary focus initially, there will be significant opportunities to become directly involved in corporate finance advisory, fund raising and M&A transactions across a broad range of clients and transactions. You will ideally be a qualified accountant with a strong academic record and have spent at least 18 months within a corporate finance or financial modelling role within a major accounting or advisory firm. You will have excellent excel skills and have experience of developing bespoke forecasting and operational models such as company valuation models and integrated P&L / balance sheet / cashflow models. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small, fast moving, sector agnostic firm where your contribution will be readily apparent.
