As our next Procurement Graduate, you’ll become a valued member of our Procurement team. As part of your role, you’ll be instrumental in driving supplier management and evaluation to ensure Aston Martin has the right supply partners on board to deliver the products to support our future vehicle line. Your remit will be to work with a cross functional team of colleagues and support the procurement function on day-to-day activities such as sourcing, negotiation, and supplier evaluation. As you become more involved and settled in your role, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more specific commodity management from the initial request for quotation process to negotiation and sourcing decisions.

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be driven, open-minded, and have a willingness to develop, and have the courage to ask challenging questions. It is important to have a unity of mind in working with the team and trust in one another’s abilities. You’re not the type to shy away from challenges; this role isn’t for someone who just wants a routine job. In this role, you will be given the chance to deal with diverse and complex problems and have the ability to think outside of the box for a solution-focused result.
Qualifications
- Be a team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Business Management or Mathematics
- Ideally, experience gained within an Industrial Placement
- Have some knowledge and understanding of cost awareness
- Have a keen interest in Procurement
