Advanced Concept Degree Apprentice

What will you do

• Contributing to vehicle concepts and layouts, gaining a deep understanding of the full development process.

   

• Taking on real engineering tasks like designing CAD solutions and documenting your work.

   

• Attending team meetings to share ideas and collaborate on solutions.

   

• Rotating through various teams to build a broad skill set, including Body Engineering, CAE, NVH, Chassis, Powertrain, and Vehicle Attributes.

   

• Blended Learning: A mix of hands-on experience, online learning, and block weeks to help you grow.

   

Qualifications

Apprentices who are passionate about engineering, curious about solving problems, and ready to bring a positive, can-do attitude. You would enjoy working with others, building strong relationships, and engaging well at all levels. Being eager to learn and balancing attention to detail with a broader perspective will also aid your growth in this role.

• 3 A Levels at Grade B or above, including Maths. 

   

• or a Distinction in a BTEC National Engineering subject.

   

• Able to commute to the Gaydon site by personal transport, due to limited public transport to the site. 

   

• Able to attend Warwick University by personal transport as and when required.
