We are looking for an ERP Product Analyst to join our growing IT Department here at our state-of-the-art campus in Silverstone. Within this role, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements, assess feasibility and deliver high-quality ERP solutions.
- Support, troubleshoot and optimise IFS processes, with focus on SCM, Manufacturing and Warehousing.
- Act as the lead functional and system administrator for IFS.
- Configure, maintain and improve IFS capabilities to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define appropriate system solutions.
- Support upgrades, new module rollouts, data management activities and system integrations.
- Document requirements, process flows, test cases and support materials.
- Coordinate project meetings, action logs and agendas.
- Provide first-line support for usability and functional queries.
- Support creation of test cases and manage UAT activities.
- Develop training materials and communication for new processes and features.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong functional knowledge of IFS Applications, particularly SCM, Manufacturing and Warehousing.
- Proven experience in IFS administration, configuration and issue resolution.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions, delivering rapid changes under pressure.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and ERP/PLM systems (IFS, 3DX etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in requirements analysis and process mapping.
- Experience in project management and application support.
- Background in manufacturing or engineering (motorsport desirable but not essential).
- Familiarity with IFS Finance modules is advantageous.
- Ability to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.
