This role involves leading, developing and supporting a team of staff within the Business Studies Department to deliver consistently high standards of teaching and learning. The successful candidate will hold colleagues to account to ensure strong student outcomes, while fostering a positive culture that prioritises the wellbeing of both staff and students. A key focus of the role is to ensure that all learners make appropriate and sustained progress.
