We're supporting a global industrial and technology-led organisation in the appointment of an experienced Interim People Business Partner to cover a key leadership transition within the HR function.
This role will partner a diverse portfolio including R&D, Engineering & Technical Operations, EHS, Marketing & Sales Enablement, and Pricing, working closely with senior business leaders to deliver people strategies that support business performance, organisational effectiveness and colleague engagement.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business priorities into pragmatic people solutions whilst ensuring alignment with wider HR and organisational objectives. The environment is fast-paced, complex and undergoing ongoing transformation, requiring a commercially-minded HR leader who can provide both strategic insight and hands-on execution.

We're looking for an experienced senior HRBP who combines commerciality, resilience and strong execution capability.
- Extensive senior-level HR Business Partnering experience

- Experience of organisation design, workforce planning and employment law
- Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, R&D, industrial or hazardous environments would be highly advantageous
