About the Role
This position is suited to an experienced executive search researcher who enjoys high-quality delivery, rigorous research, and close collaboration with a client-facing Partner. You will support the end‐to‐end delivery of retained and interim executive search assignments, working across leadership and senior management roles, with a strong focus on HR, Commercial and Operations in manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver executive research across retained and interim assignments
- Work with the Partners to prepare client briefs, competency frameworks and advert copy
- Map target organisations and build longlists and talent pipelines
- Engage senior‐level candidates using telephone, LinkedIn, email and research tools
- Conduct structured candidate interviews and prepare written candidate summaries
- Engage in client-facing interactions alongside the Partner, contributing research insight, market intelligence, and candidate assessment updates
- Manage shortlisting against agreed competencies
- Coordinate interviews and manage feedback processes
- Maintain accurate candidate records within internal systems
- Provide market insight to support active searches and future opportunities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of research and delivery processes
Qualifications
This role requires prior experience within executive search or interim management.
Required Skills
- Experience working as a researcher in a retained search environment
- Confidence engaging with senior and executive‐level candidates
- Strong written skills, including candidate reporting
- The ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously

Working Pattern
