Aston Education is working with a thriving and vibrant British international school in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. They are looking for a full-time primary or secondary HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to start in August 2026.

The School of Research Science is a thriving and popular international school for students aged 3-18. The school is committed to excellence, inclusivity, and community. They follow the British Curriculum from EYFS to KS5, and they offer excellent modern facilities. As an HLTA, you'll work in either the Primary or Secondary School's inclusion zone. You'll support small groups of students with SEND or barriers for learning to improve their Maths, English or Functional Skills. You'll create an engaging learning environment and work collaboratively with the SENDCO, other HLTAs, and the teaching teams.
