Aston Education is looking for a permanent full-time Financial Systems and Reporting Officer for a Multi-Academy Trust with primary and secondary schools in Slough in Berkshire, to start as soon as possible.
This role is based on-site, but working from home 1 day a week can be discussed.

As a Financial Systems and Reporting Officer, your main responsibilities are:
- To review, improve and maintain the financial systems and processes of the Trust's overall financial function
- To prepare monthly management account reports with accuracy using FMS and IMP budget planning tool
- To keep budget planning systems updated and reflecting current scenarios in schools
You have strong schools finance experience and a degree level/NVQ4 financial or management qualification e.g. HND in Business Administration, Accountancy Qualification etc. An Accountancy Qualification AAT or working towards is also required. Proficiency in financial management systems, particularly knowledge of IMP Budget Planning, would be an advantage.
This is a growing multi-academy trust with all schools Ofsted Good or Outstanding.
