Aston Education is working with a thriving and vibrant British international school in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They are looking for a full-time SEND teacher for primary or secondary.

The school is a thriving and popular international school for students aged 3-18. The school is committed to excellence, inclusivity, and community. They follow the British Curriculum from EYFS to KS5, and they offer excellent modern facilities. As a SEND Teacher, you'll work in either the Primary or Secondary School's inclusion zone as part of the SEND Team. You'll teach small groups of students with SEND or barriers for learning to improve their Maths, English (reading, writing and speaking) and Functional Skills. You'll create an engaging learning environment and enable all children to achieve the best outcomes possible. You'll deliver high-quality education in line with the UK National Curriculum.

The role requires careful monitoring of pupil progress, with timely intervention to ensure excellent learning outcomes and positive behaviour.

  • QTS
  • Bachelor of Education (BEd) or PGCE and a relevant degree
  • Successful UK teaching experience at a primary or secondary school
  • Strong experience teaching students with SEND
