Aston Education is looking for a Digital Marketing Officer (part-time) to join this Sixth Form College near Victoria station in Central London. Their Ofsted is Good with Outstanding features. This is a hands-on role that blends creativity with data insight to deliver engaging, effective Digital Marketing campaigns that support recruitment and engagement across the college's key audiences.

Responsibilities include:
- Post and schedule content across social media platforms and website
- Monitor performance across platforms and use analytics to inform content and campaign optimisation
- Plan and deliver targeted paid campaigns across social media and contextual advertising platforms
- Support the delivery and tracking of the college's annual communications plan across target audiences
- Contribute to the overall digital marketing approach
Skills and experience required:
- Have experience of digital marketing, social media, website management, and campaign delivery
- Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and coordinate content across channels
- Have the ability to interpret performance data and act on insights
- Demonstrate working knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms and analytics (CMS systems, Meta and Google Ads, web analytics dashboards)
- Understand design principles
- Strong communication skills
