Aston Education Ltd is seeking an Additional Learning Support (ALS) Manager to join Sixth Form College near Victoria station in Central London. You will lead on improving SEN/ALS provision and ensure high-quality education for learners with additional needs.
You will coordinate with external agencies, parents and carers and manage consultations, EHCPs, and annual reviews, develop learner passports for reasonable adjustments, organise exam access arrangements, and support Learning Support.
