Aston Education is working with a large Ofsted Good secondary school in Lewisham looking for an HR Administrator.

Main responsibilities include:
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, new starter/leaver forms
- Ensure the relevant HR databases are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation
- Assist in the recruitment process, organise interviews and issue relevant correspondence
- Diary management and arranging meetings
- Accurate use and upkeep of filing and record keeping
You’ll have:
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- CIPD qualification (Level 3) is desirable
- HR experience in a school
- Experience of recruitment, onboarding, pre-employment checks, as well as updating a school's Single Central Record
- A strong understanding of equality of opportunity and diversity of issues
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
