Aston Education is working with an Ofsted Good 11-18 secondary academy looking for a Design Technology (DT) Teacher to oversee the DT department, reporting to the Head of Faculty. The school is based in Lewisham, Southeast London, and they are looking for a creative teacher who can inspire students on KS3 and grow the DT offering to KS4 and KS5. The school has excellent facilities and DT machinery.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS)
- Good honours degree in a Design and Technology subject
- Experience teaching your subject at KS3 and KS4 and a good knowledge of A levels
- An outstanding classroom practitioner with an excellent track record of progress and results
- Proven track record of raising educational standards and achievement
- Understanding how to analyse and use data effectively
