Aston Education is working with an Ofsted Good 11-18 secondary academy in Lewisham looking for a full-time permanent Business Operations Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team, leading all non-academic school functions across the academy.

The school is part of a respected medium size Multi-Academy Trust with other schools in the local area.

As a Business Operations Manager, you'll take a strategic lead in maintaining the budget and finances of the academy ensuring that the results have a positive impact on educational outcomes. You will be responsible for Finance, HR, Facilities, Health & Safety, Admissions and Administration across the academy. You will also be responsible for supporting the Principal in ensuring the most effective use of resources to support the School's Development Plan.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and strong experience of business planning and organisational management. You have a qualification in School Business Management (ISBL) or significant School Business Manager experience. Experience using Arbor and PS Financials would be beneficial. This role is based on-site and flexible working is available.
