The ALS Manager at The College leads on the continuous improvement of SEN/ALS provision, embedding an inclusive culture and ensuring high-quality education for learners with additional needs. You will coordinate with external agencies, families and carers and oversee EHCPs and annual reviews.
You will also lead the creation of learner passports for reasonable adjustments and manage exam access arrangements, while guiding Learning Support Assistants and supporting apprentices in assessment.
