We are looking for a Term Time Early years Manager to lead our experienced team to deliver outstanding early years education and care.
This role combines operational management working alongside the administration manager and deputy manager, whilst also working with the children as a key worker for a small amount of children.
You will be responsible for the efficient day to day running of the pre- school and overall delivery of a high quality service.
To ensure that the pre-school provides a safe, caring and stimulating environment and plan an appropriate play based Early years Foundation stage curriculum.
To ensure the pre-school always meets all ofsted requirements,
you will need to manage, supervise and support the pre-school staff aswell as work alongside the pre-school committee to ensure the setting is meeting all requirements and continues to provide the high standards of care expected.
Salary paid at the national minimum/living wage (rate dependant on age and qualification)
