A true ‘digital disrupter’, this cutting-edge Insurtech is turning the claims landscape on its head; challenging the status quo and the previously accepted norms – and delivering fantastic customer outcomes as a result!
This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.
Due to having long-term deals in place with a number of MGA’s (each with diverse books of business), the need has arisen for an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join the team. You’ll be dealing with Own Damage and 3rd Party claims, encompassing both Private and Commercial vehicles.
It is essential that you have previous experience of handling both Private and Commercial Motor claims and just as importantly, you will have either worked within an insurance company environment, or via delegated authority at a loss adjusting firm or Third-Party Administrator (TPA).
As this role is 100% home-based, you must be highly motivated and able to work under your own steam, with minimal supervision (but lots of support!), and you’ll be well-organised with excellent task-management skills. You should be client service-focused, with a can-do attitude, and pride yourself on your problem-solving skills and innovative approach to delivering excellent client outcomes. Excellent communication and rapport building skills are essential, with the ability to have difficult conversations while demonstrating empathy.
You will receive a generous basic salary of up to £35K per annum, together with a range of company benefits, including support towards professional qualifications. With more high-profile MGA’s being onboarded all the time, there are opportunities for progression in the short, medium and longer term!
