It offers an elevated profile and a far wider range of opportunities for progression in comparison to similarly-titled Claims Account Manager roles. This broker is thriving, with over 60 offices in more than 20 countries, enjoying a sustained period of growth (in excess of 20%) and is on track to achieve its publicly stated ambition to double in size within 5 years. Cash rich and boasting significant profits, it continues to reinvest in its future, both in terms of processes and infrastructure.
The Claims Function has forged a superb reputation for its high standards, flexibility, proactivity and integrity. It is recognised as an integral part of the insurer’s wider client service offering, and perhaps one of the biggest reasons behind the company’s phenomenal growth trajectory in recent years.

- Point of Contact: Working closely with Distribution Teams and Senior Underwriters, serving as the Claims Team point of contact for large and key client initiatives.
- Monitoring ongoing claims and coordinating reviews: Tracking claims metrics and service levels, often through regular reports or dashboards, to identify developing issues and ensuring high levels of engagement throughout the claim lifecycle.
A major part of this role will be organising and leading claims review meetings with the client and brokers, working alongside large client Underwriters and the Business Development Team.
