As such, it offers an elevated profile and a far wider range of opportunities for progression in comparison to similarlyâtitled Claims Account Manager roles.
To say this insurer is thriving is something of an understatement, with over 60 offices in more than 20 countries, it is enjoying a sustained period of growth (in excess of 20%) and is on track to achieve its publicly stated ambition to double in size within 5 years. Cash rich and boasting significant profits, it continues to reinvest in its future, both in terms of processes and infrastructure.

It is recognised as an integral part of the insurer's wider client service offering, and perhaps one of the biggest reasons behind the companyâs phenomenal growth trajectory in recent years.
Acting as a key advocate for the UK Claims Function (with both internal and external stakeholders), you will be responsible for enhancing and developing relationships with customers, brokers and partners. Setting this insurer apart from the competition in a crowded market, you will support the Claims Function's ambition to be recognised as the most clientâfocused, nimble and valueâadding in the country. You will promote the function's proposition, processes and performance, ensuring they are valued and understood, both internally and externally.

A major part of this role will be organising and leading claims review meetings with the client and brokers, working alongside large client Underwriters and the Business Development Team.
It is essential that you have previously worked in an Account Management or Business Development Manager role within a claims environment, and that you have strong commercial awareness and knowledge of the UK claims landscape. While we are flexible, ideally you will come from an insurer background. This should include knowledge of claims processes, performance metrics and service delivery.
