Our client operates in over 20 countries and is renowned as a world leader within its chosen markets. The company arranges insurance for some of the most fascinating risks on the planet and has a reputation for excellence, innovation, and formidable customer service.
An exciting, newly-created opportunity has arisen for a Head of Trading, which will focus on driving performance and productivity alongside technical excellence, ultimately delivering profitability.

In conjunction with Broker Sales management, you will define and drive the sales activity, leveraging your expertise to drive operational efficiency, insightful data analysis, and excellence in service delivery.
Working in tandem with the Head of Strategic Brokers and Head of Regional Brokers, you will ensure alignment between sales operations and overall sales strategies. Duties will include, but not be limited to, leading and optimising underwriting processes, leveraging technology to streamline operations and boost productivity, as well as developing strategies and initiatives to improve broker service experience. This will include regularly reviewing broker feedback to identify areas for service improvement, implementing required changes, and keeping a laser focus on quote, strike, and conversion rates. You must show a high level of competence in the use of data to robustly manage performance.

You’ll be a credible, engaging, and collaborative ambassador of the company, with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships within the industry.
You’ll be rewarded with a salary of up to £120K (Negotiable depending on experience), plus lucrative bonus, and a comprehensive company benefits package which includes substantial pension contributions.
