This impressive growth trajectory has been reflected locally, and the East Leeds operation is now home to some of the best-known insurance professionals in the West Yorkshire market and holds some of the region’s most coveted accounts. Here, you will play a key part in supporting several Directors/ Account Executives in the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of clients. These accounts can range in complexity, with ‘bread & butter’ accounts being in the region of £10,000 - £25,000 commission and fee income, with some cases being many times this. Duties will include preparing renewals, marketing risks & re-broking exercises, dealing with mid-term amendments, negotiating with insurers, and preparing a variety of reports and documentation. For those who are joining as a senior member of the team, you will also be expected to help less-experienced colleagues on an ad hoc-basis, and share best practice, promote the activities of the CII and BIBA etc. Whilst we are keen to hear from Senior Account Handlers and those who have dealt with more complex risks, we welcome applications from Account Handlers and Brokers with all levels of experience.
