A leading InsurTech firm is transforming the claims landscape, delivering exceptional customer outcomes. This innovative company, backed by specialist VC firms, offers a 100% home-based role with all necessary tools for success.

As a Liability Claims Handler, you will manage a caseload of claims on behalf of various MGAs and insurers, typically involving Employer’s and Public Liability claims up to £25,000 across sectors such as hospitality, manufacturing, and leisure. You will also handle a small number of third-party property damage claims and other losses like Products Liability.

This role allows for autonomy in how the Casualty Claims Team operates, giving you a meaningful say in the division's future direction. You will negotiate claims to final settlement using state-of-the-art technology and receive support from a dedicated Claims Support Team.

We welcome applications from experienced Liability or Casualty Claims Handlers who have worked in insurance, brokerage, loss adjusting, or legal environments. As this is a home-based position, candidates must be self-motivated, well-organised, and possess excellent task-management skills. A client service focus, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills are essential for dealing with diverse stakeholders and navigating challenging conversations with empathy.
