We are looking for an exceptional Vetting Management Administrator to join the security team. The ideal candidate should have experience in processing sensitive data on a large scale within a complex environment. The role involves working closely with a Vetting Management Lead and other security experts to manage and improve security programs and processes for UK customers. The Vetting Management Administrator will be responsible for administrative tasks, processing sensitive information, resolving queries, and maintaining high-quality data for audit and reporting purposes. The candidate should have excellent prioritization and communication skills, as well as experience in vetting/security clearance management and personnel security. Experience working with UK customers and in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Process security vetting applications and provide aftercare duties
- Manage inputs/outputs from the vetting database
- Produce management information (MI) reports and share data with internal stakeholders
- Analyze and interrogate vetting data with attention to detail
- Provide information to external stakeholders
- Control access to specific security controlled areas
- Contribute to the development of new documentation and processes to improve vetting processes
- Conduct vetting-related staff briefings
Qualifications:
- Experience in vetting/security clearance management and personnel security
- Extensive experience in sensitive data processing
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent prioritization and communication skills
- Experience working with UK customers is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
