A leading multinational organisation is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join its EMEA transfer pricing team based in London. This role focuses on supporting related-party transactions for the company’s core consumer-facing businesses across the region. The position offers a diverse blend of planning, monitoring, documentation, and defence of the organisation’s global transfer pricing policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transfer Pricing Policy Support
  • Planning: Partner with business teams on new initiatives and restructurings; Develop and refine transfer pricing models and policies; Conduct financial modelling and valuations of businesses, assets, and workforce functions.
  • Implementation & Controllership: Support the rollout of new transfer pricing frameworks; Prepare and review intercompany agreements; Monitor actual transfer pricing results against policy expectations.
  • Compliance: Contribute to and review transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analyses; Assist with regulatory submissions and compliance filings.
  • Defence: Support audit responses and controversy matters; Prepare APA/MAP submissions; Coordinate responses to tax authorities.

The role also provides ad hoc support to stakeholders on planning, audit defence and compliance matters, contributes to process improvement initiatives, and involves collaboration with external advisors.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in transfer pricing, ideally gained in a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm, or within a large multinational group.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
