What You’ll Be Doing- Material Planning & Scheduling: Ensure parts are delivered on time across multiple facilities, keeping production running without interruption.
- Shortage Management: Stay one step ahead by identifying, managing, and resolving any supply issues before they affect operations.
- Communication & Escalation: Work closely with internal teams and suppliers via phone, email, and TEAMS — escalating quickly when needed to keep everything moving.
- System Operations: Use tools such as MFGPRO, EE and MRC to manage inventory, track orders, and support planning activities.
- Forecasting & Replenishment: Generate accurate forecasts and manage replenishment plans to optimise stock levels and meet service targets.
- Administrative Support: Assist the function by cross-checking freight invoice values and ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
- Experience in materials handling, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Confident decision-making and critical thinking
- Excellent problem-solving abilities across varied operational scenarios
- Proven relationship-building skills with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Ability to coordinate internal resources efficiently
