Description Job Description: This role sits within the Supply Chain team based in Peterborough and will be a key player in planning, arranging and processing shipments to our global customer base. Responsibilities: – Arrange for shipments of products to be dispatched to customers based on available product – Working with carriers and customers to agree collection schedules – Send all relevant documentation for the shipments to the necessary contacts – Prepare, submit and record the export entry for goods sent overseas Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
