About the Role

We\’re looking for a proactive and driven Change Management Specialistto join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering impactful transformation across multiple industries. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of business areas and work on strategic projects both in the UK and with international teams.

As part of a growing Change Management team, you\’ll play a key role in supporting medium‑term strategy initiatives, driving change across business processes, manufacturing, and more. You\’ll be joining a team of 10 professionals, with structured onboarding and mentorship to help you thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of organizational change initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments and develop tailored change strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in the UK and internationally.
• Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of change programs.
• Deliver consistent and timely execution of change plans.

What We\’re Looking For

Essential Skills

• Proven work in Change Management (3-5 years).
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.

Desirable

• Certification in Organizational Change Management.
• Worked in HR, strategic communications, or project management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, PowerPoint (design skills a plus), and Power BI (training provided).

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Adaptability and time management.
• Confidence in presenting and collaborating live with teams.
• Highly organized and relationship‑oriented.
