What you'll be doing:
- Build and execute growth strategies with strategic technology partners
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Drive adoption of cloud security, compliance, identity and AI solutions across enterprise customers
- Support partners in building scalable sales and delivery capabilities
- Create and execute joint go-to-market and co-sell plans
- Identify new opportunities for partner-led growth and customer transformation
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and executive-level engagements
- Enable secure AI adoption through governance, compliance and security best practices
- Collaborate with sales, technical and customer success teams to deliver business outcomes
What you'll bring:
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Experience in partner management, business development, enterprise sales or solution specialist roles
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity, compliance, cloud technologies or enterprise SaaS solutions
