We're seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and develop a Talent Acquisition function, ensuring the delivery of effective recruitment solutions while building strong partnerships with stakeholders across the business. We're looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing a recruitment team
- Extensive Talent Acquisition or in-house recruitment experience within a large, complex organisation
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple business areas or regions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including working with Senior leaders
- Experience using recruitment metrics, KPIs, SLAs, and data to improve hiring performance and decision-making
- A track record of improving recruitment processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency
- Strong understanding of talent attraction strategies, sourcing methodologies, and recruitment best practices
- Experience working closely with HR, business leaders, and recruitment teams to deliver hiring outcomes aligned to business needs
