We're partnering with a leading international organisation in the education, learning, and assessment sector to recruit a Product Owner to join their growing digital product team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of digital platforms used by customers worldwide, helping to shape product direction, prioritise development activity, and drive continuous improvement across a global user base.
The Role
As Product Owner, you'll act as the voice of the customer, working closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and end users to ensure products deliver maximum value.
You'll own and prioritise the product backlog, manage product enhancements, and support the ongoing development of digital platforms throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritise the product backlog in line with business objectives.
- Work closely with development teams to deliver new features, enhancements, and improvements.
- Gather and translate user feedback into actionable product requirements.
- Support the rollout and continuous improvement of digital products and platforms.
- Collaborate with technical, commercial, marketing, and operational stakeholders.
- Ensure products deliver a high-quality user experience and meet business needs.
- Provide product insights and reporting to support decision-making and future development.
About You
We're looking for candidates who have
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Digital Product Owner, or similar role.
- Strong Agile delivery experience, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user stories.
- Experience delivering and improving digital products, platforms, applications, or online services.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A customer-centric approach to product development and decision-making.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Exposure to B2B and/or B2C digital products.
- Experience within education, Ed Tech, learning, assessment, or digital services environments.
- Nice to Have
- Agile certification.
- Experience working within global or matrix organisations.
