We’re working with one of the world’s most recognisable technology brands on a genuinely unique opportunity within their EMEA marketing team. This is not about stepping into an established playbook. This is about helping to build one. They’re investing heavily in a new category at the intersection of technology, consumer experience and innovation, and are looking for an experienced marketing leader to help bring this to life across Europe.

The role

As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of regional marketing strategy and execution across EMEA. You’ll be working on the launch and growth of a next-generation consumer product, partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple functions to define how it shows up in market. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll be expected to turn insight into strategy and strategy into action.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading EMEA marketing strategy and execution for a new consumer product category
  • Building insight-led audience strategies that connect global direction with local priorities
  • Developing and delivering integrated campaigns across channels, including partnerships and experiential activity
  • Working closely with analytics, insights and agency teams to deliver measurable results across the full funnel
  • Helping define the regional marketing playbook from the ground up in a fast-moving environment

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in consumer marketing, ideally across the UK and wider Europe
  • A proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns for well-known consumer brands
  • Someone comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where it doesn’t yet exist
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment
  • A commercially aware marketer who can balance creativity with performance

Background:

  • Typically 10+ years in consumer marketing, most likely within established B2C brands
  • Experience working on regional or EMEA-level campaigns
  • Hardware, product marketing or innovation-led environments would be a strong advantage

Why this role stands out:

This is a rare chance to step into a business that is actively shaping a new category, not just participating in one. You’ll be working at the forefront of consumer technology, with real ownership and visibility, and the ability to make a tangible impact on how a product is brought to market across EMEA. If you’re someone who enjoys pace, ambiguity and building something from the ground up, this is one of those roles that doesn’t come around often!
