What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating interviews and assessments across multiple vacancies
  • Managing complex calendars, time zones, reschedules, and last-minute changes
  • Partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and interview panels
  • Sending interview invites, joining instructions, and candidate communications
  • Maintaining accurate data and records within the ATS
  • Supporting recruitment administration, reporting, and compliance activities
  • Driving process improvements and enhancing scheduling efficiency
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in interview scheduling, recruitment coordination, or HR administration
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruitment activity
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Confidence using Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and ATS platforms
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider TA team
