We are looking for a Business Support Analyst to join a dynamic global team supporting construction and mining equipment operations for a world-leading organization. You will be responsible for managing and resolving tickets across multiple systems, ensuring smooth processes for global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve tickets across multiple systems efficiently.
- Support global operations for construction and mining equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners worldwide.
- Handle orders and invoicing processes accurately.
- Utilize systems such as SAP, CMOPS, and Salesforce to maintain data integrity.
- Provide insights and reporting using tools like Power BI (preferred).
- Up to 10% international travel may be required to support global team locations.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelors degree (mandatory) in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or Marketing.
Experience:
- 1+ years in a similar role (2-3 years preferred for senior-level responsibilities).
- Previous experience with orders and invoicing.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or CMOPS systems.
- Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
- Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Soft Skills:
