Looking for more than a traditional admin role? This is a chance to partner closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced, global environment—keeping priorities aligned and operations running seamlessly.

Supporting 3–4 senior stakeholders across Europe and the Middle East, you'll act as a trusted partner and central coordinator across multiple time zones.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner to senior stakeholders
  • Manage complex, multi-time zone calendars
  • Coordinate international travel and logistics
  • Oversee expenses and key administrative processes
  • Plan meetings, events, and offsites across regions
